1. Who we are

Keyleads is operated by the sole proprietor named below. In these terms "Keyleads", "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person or company using Keyleads.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use Keyleads for business purposes. Keyleads is not offered to consumers.

3. Accounts, workspaces and seats

You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Each workspace has one or more owners who manage the plan, billing and team. Each person who uses a workspace needs their own seat; do not share sign-ins. The number of seats included depends on the plan. Owners can invite and remove members at any time.

4. The service

Keyleads searches public posts on supported platforms for the terms you track, scores each match for buying intent with AI and sends matching posts to your team's inbox and, if you turn them on, to Telegram and web push. The platforms we support and their status are shown on the Status page.

Keyleads never posts, replies or messages on your behalf; you post every reply yourself.

We work to keep Keyleads available and to improve it, and we may change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is a core part of a paid plan, we will tell workspace owners in advance.

5. Platform rules and your replies

Keyleads is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, X, Threads (Meta), LinkedIn or any other platform. When you open a post and reply to it, you act on that platform as yourself. You are responsible for following each platform's terms, community rules and any subreddit or group rules, and for complying with spam, marketing and privacy laws that apply to your replies and any follow-up (for example CAN-SPAM in the US and PECR in the UK).

6. AI-generated output

Scores, score reasons, classifications (such as competitor mentions), keyword suggestions and suggested replies are generated by a large language model. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are suggestions, not advice. Review every suggested reply before you post it, and do not rely on a score as a promise that someone will buy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, harassment, deception or impersonation; no scraping, reselling or building contact lists from Keyleads data; and no automated posting.

8. Plans, trial and billing

Every new workspace starts with a 7-day Pro trial. No card is needed. If you do not choose a paid plan before the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan and Free limits apply, including 7-day lead retention.

Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing; access continues to the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax; where tax applies it is added at checkout. Pro includes 5 seats; extra seats cost $15/seat/month or $150/seat/year and renew with your plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it still fails, move the workspace to the Free plan. We will tell you at least 30 days before we raise the price of a plan you are on; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

Founding-member discounts apply to the first year of a paid plan only. After the first year the plan renews at the standard price.

9. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, we refund that payment in full. Renewal payments, seat add-ons after the first payment and plan upgrades are not refundable except where the law requires.

10. Your data and privacy

You own the content you add to Keyleads: tracked terms, product description, notes, statuses and replies you write. You give us permission to host and process it only to run and support Keyleads for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Where we process personal data for your workspace as your processor, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

Keyleads, its software, design and brand belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Keyleads under these terms while your account is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

12. Third-party content

Public posts shown in Keyleads belong to their authors and the platforms they were posted on. We show them so you can find and open the original conversation. Posts are removed when their author asks us (see remove your posts) and under our retention periods, and a post may disappear from Keyleads when it is deleted on the platform.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Keyleads is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. In particular, we do not promise that any post is a real lead or that anyone will buy, that alerts will arrive within any particular time, or that data from a platform is complete, accurate or continuously available. Platforms can change or restrict access to their data at any time.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyleads' total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Keyleads in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Keyleads is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, lost profits, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate Keyleads against claims by third parties arising from the replies and messages you post, from your breach of a platform's rules or of the Acceptable Use Policy, or from your breach of spam, marketing or privacy law.

16. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Keyleads at any time. You can delete your account in Settings → Account, and a workspace owner can delete the workspace in Settings → Team; deleting a workspace with a paid plan cancels the subscription immediately.

We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts Keyleads or others at risk, or where the law requires. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data. If we close Keyleads entirely, we will give owners at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid fees for the period after closure.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email workspace owners at least 14 days before a material change takes effect and show the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Keyleads after the change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before then.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Thailand. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and mandatory consumer-protection law gives you rights that this clause would remove, those rights are not affected.

Before starting a dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.

19. General

• You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, and will tell you if we do.
• If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• Notices to us go to hello@keyleads.app. We send notices to the email address on the workspace owner's account.
• These terms, the policies linked from them and any order you place are the whole agreement between us about Keyleads.
• If we translate these terms, the English version controls.
