Acceptable Use Policy

Keyleads helps you find people who are publicly asking for a product like yours and reply to them helpfully. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It exists to protect the people whose posts we index, the platforms, and your reputation.

1. How you reply

  • No spam: do not post the same or near-identical reply across many threads, or reply where your product is not relevant.
  • No harassment, threats, abuse or hateful content.
  • No deception: do not pose as a customer or an unaffiliated user, hide that you work on the product you mention, or make false claims about your product or a competitor.
  • No impersonation of any person, company or brand.
  • Follow each platform's terms and community rules, including subreddit and group rules on self-promotion.
  • When you follow up by email or message, comply with anti-spam and marketing law, such as CAN-SPAM in the US and PECR in the UK.

2. How you use Keyleads data

  • Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute posts, leads or scores from Keyleads.
  • Do not use Keyleads to build contact lists, profiles or dossiers of individuals, or to track what a particular person posts.
  • Do not use Keyleads data to decide on anyone's eligibility for employment, credit, housing or insurance.
  • Do not contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

3. How you use the service

  • No automated posting: do not connect Keyleads to bots or scripts that post, reply or message for you.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell Keyleads, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Do not probe, overload or bypass the security or plan limits of Keyleads, or access another workspace's data.
  • Do not share sign-ins or seats between people.
  • Do not use Keyleads for anything illegal.

4. Enforcement and reporting

If you break this policy we may warn you, remove content, or suspend or close the account or workspace, as described in the Terms. To report misuse, email hello@keyleads.app with links to what you saw.
